Q What are our shipping methods?
A 1) We support sea freight and air freight, usually we are mainly air freight, because the time is fast, more convenient, commonly used DHL/Federal/UPS Express.
2) And the delivery time of sea freight is slower, usually we have co-operation with the shipping company, they are responsible for arranging the transport.
3) Of course, we also support the use of the customer's own express account delivery, by the customerself to pay the shipping costs and arrange transportation, we are only responsible for assisting.

Q How to place an order?
A 1) Firstly, please refer to our website and then by email(adams@chwsm.com) or phone number(+86 16620814644) let me know which style/model you are interested in.
2) We will provide the corresponding style/model quotation for your reference.
3) After negotiating the price/quantity/size specification, we will send the contract (PI) to you for confirmation, and wait for you to confirm that there is no problem before making the payment.
4) When you complete the payment (samples need to pay in full, bulk orders can be paid 50% deposit, before shipping the balance), we will arrange for samples/orders for production as soon as possible, production will be completed to notify you and as soon as possible for you to arrange for delivery.

Q Are you qualified with OEM order?
A Yes, we support OEM, just you need to send design draft to us for reference(PDF/CDR/CAD/AI/3D file).

Q What are your working times?
A 08:30-12:00, 13:30-18:00(GMT+8 Beijing), from Monday to Friday.

Q Do you provide samples?
A Yes, we can provide sample to you(have material in stock is free, only 1-5pcs), if have no material in stock or custom, you need to pay the sample fee and sample fees depends on your style/design/material/size/LOGO etc, please refer to the specific actual situation.
PS: All the cost is not including shipping, please know.

Q What's the MOQ?
A Our material in stock's MOQ is 50-100pcs per color/size, if need to custom new color/size, then need to pay the dye fee and higher MOQ(Depending on style/material/design).
